About Jason Fan

Jason has spent years as a full-time producing agent in Greater Vancouver — not as a coach who stepped away from the market. His team, The Key Agents, has generated over $1 billion in sales and maintained Medallion Club status every year since 2016.
He holds a degree from UBC in Economics and International Relations, with a background in institutional banking before transitioning to real estate. That foundation shapes how he thinks about client conversations, long-term planning, and building a business with real staying power.
